Humanity’s oldest oracle, the I Ching or Book of Changes, is also surprisingly modern. The 64 hexagrams which make up its core are reached by combining and recombining ones and zeros in an ever-changing binary code. Each hexagram consists of six stacked lines, either solid for Yang or broken for Ying. Divining the meaning behind the hexagram sequences is like looking into a cosmic mirror; intentional coincidences are created between the mind of the asker and the pages in the book. This concept is also known as synchronicity. A thorough understanding of the foundation and philosophy surrounding the I Ching will help the seeker to better interpret the symbolic meaning of the hexagrams and the significance of their life choices.  This introductory workshop will cover the origin of I Ching, how I Ching can be applied to modern life, and you will have a opportunity to test it out with your own questions.  The workshop will be 90 mins and held in Wellington city between 20th and 30th.
