Kothey Dumpling - Traditional Nepalese Flavoured Beef Dumpling.

Beef mince, cumin, coriander, onion, spring onion, ginger + garlic.  Served with Chef Kritan Secret Sauce, made from tomato, sesame seeds, garlic, cumin + coriander.

Chef Kritan has been part of our team at Capers Cafe + Store for 28 months and over that time has created his delicious dumplings for the team for Staff Functions.  

They are a highlight for the team and we can't wait to share these special dumpings with our customers.  Kritan has shared his family's secret sauce recipe to accompany the dumplings.  

We think it's a match made in heaven!
