Hokkaido scallops, prawns, tobiko (fish roe), house made chilli oil, spring onion. 

We have a lot of Chinese heritage within our team at Pomelo so we were very excited to submit a dumpling for Chinese language week. 

We were inspired because our restaurant is on Oriental Bay right across from the beach so we wanted to do a seafood dumpling as well as a scallop that is on top of each dumpling as scallop can be a symbol of good luck.

This dish is part of our Design-A-Dumpling competition! They will be availible from 22 - 28 September.
