For this event we have created a delicious Thai Chicken Dumpling featuring free range chicken, fresh ginger, coriander, lemongrass and a hint of chilli served in fragrant Thai green curry broth finished with lemongrass oil. 

This dumpling represents the essence of our menu that travels throughout Asia and is a perfect fusion of Chinese and Thai flavours.

This dish is part of our Design-A-Dumpling competition! They will be availible from 22 - 28 September.
