Join us on a culinary journey that starts in Wales, whips up a storm in Asia, and delights in Aotearoa.
Experience a Kiwi-style fusion of Welsh and Asian flavours, featuring a choice of dumplings filled with tender braised lamb leg or Glamorgan-style cheese and leek. These will be served with an Asian-inspired dipping sauce, lightly fried with leek and garlic, merging the flavours of ponzu and Szechuan Sambal.
